SYDNEY | CAUSAL(hourly pay)

Staff will be trained before serving our participants. Here are some descriptions and requirements: 1.Personal care(Including showering ,dress-up ,incontenice change in the mornings ); Rehabilitation assistance and care. Help participants to manage their own personal hygiene. 2.Daily household activities ( cleaning, drying clothes and ironing the clothesetc). 3 Picking up services( if you need to use your own car, we will give car allowance). 4 English and Chinese are must. 5. 2- 3 Days SHIFT WORK Will arrange other jobs if you need more. Office Assistant

SYDNEY | Part-time (weekly pay)

Specifically, we would like you to: Liaise with third-party support workers, contractors and participants Undertake general administrative activities including data entry, document formatting etc Email and inbox management Work closely with the Administration Officer and Directors for all the administrative tasks Participate in meetings if required, including minutes taking About you You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Management or similar; Enthusiasm on understanding the disability service industry, and providing premium support to the participants and their families; Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-focused service environment with skills and experience in the delivery of timely, accurate, and respectful customer interactions; High level of communication and interpersonal skills including listening skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external agencies, contractors whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality; Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail; Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office products; High level of written communication skills, both in Chinese and English ** Service the Asian background community (Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English) Working hours: Part-time 3 days Location: Chatswood

Customer Care Representative

SYDNEY | Full-time

Experience working in case management or care management in either Home Care Packages or Community Home Support Program or NDIS sector Relevant experience in the planning, coordination and delivery of services to aged persons or persons with disability in their own homes including care management skills, assessment, care planning and coordination and conflict management. 
Knowledge of Home Care Package Guidelines & Aged Care Quality Standards, Home Care legislation and policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Accreditation standards Delivery of services and care in accordance with Customer Agreements Manage care recipient’s Home Care Package Budget Able to complete writing progress note for each participants Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve with limited supervision Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule Undertake client assessments, care planning and case management in consultation with the client. 
Lead, manage and support all staff in the delivery of person-centred services Able to learn and use new IT system - our paid Professional IT system are able to reduce your workload.
 Effective and efficient communication between home care team, consumers, and other stakeholders. 
Closely work with your team to deliver integrated care and service Developing and maintaining knowledge and skills to support the ongoing success Capacity to identify and report occupational health and safety issues 
Ability to maintain consumer and carer confidentiality Develop strong professional networks with local stakeholders Skills and Experience.

 The successful applicants will: Essential Education: Diploma level/ Certificate 4 qualification in Aged Care/Community Care/Social Welfare/Social Sciences or relevant. A National Criminal History Check / Police Check showing no disclosed Court Outcomes or Convictions, and no greater than 3 years since the date of issue Updated vaccination status Current valid NSW Driver’s License and WWCC. Must be flexible and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and genuine care for older people. A recognized qualification in Aged Care, Social Work, Disability Services, or Community Services. Language prefer: CHINESE CANTONESS ENGLISH Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 38 per week Salary: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour
