Caring Your Life is registered NDIS PORVIDER under the NDIS. Caring Your Life are able to provide services to AGENCY MANAGEMENT, PLAN MANAGEMENT , SELF-MANAGEMENT participants
- Core support - assist with daily living: assistant with self-care, domestic services, Gardening service, house cleaning service, social community services, group activities, Community nurse services, transport with modified van etc.
- CB support- capacity building: Improve social and community, Community nurse services, etc.
- Plan management service.
- Support coordination: Budgeting, assisting participant linking with other services: Gp, Specialist Doctor, OT, Speech Therapist, dietitian,Physiotherapy, and more.
- Assist with reviewing and applying for more services.
Home Care package services
Caring Your Life are able to provide you Home Care Package services to assist all seniors to stay at home.
